CREATIVE VOICE- HELGKURS

Do you feel that there are blockages in relation to your voice and your singing? Do you yearn to develop a deeper connection with your own voice and the power of it? Are you curious about expressing yourself creatively and creating with your voice? If so, this course is for you! Many of us have been 'programmed' into a judgmental or performance oriented approach to our own voice and singing. In this course we practice recapturing the playful and establishing an affirming and loving approach to our voices, our singing and our creativity. This is both healing and strengthening - often in ways that affect not only the voice but life in general! The intention is to get away from judgmental thoughts about "right and wrong" or "ugly and beautiful" and instead come into direct contact with a curiosity and a personal, creative flow through the voice. Instead of judging certain parts of our voices or ourselves, we invite all to join in the exploration of your own unique, creative and artistic expression. We work both individually, in whole groups and in smaller groups. Creating security in the group and a supportive climate among the participants is a basic prerequisite for the creative process. NOTE: No prior knowledge is required!
