The health trail in Röstånga with luxurious coffee
Treat yourself to a break and top up your fitness account. The health path is carefully designed to reach recovery with the help of nature. We walk leisurely together for about 3.5 kilometers on paths in the beautiful beech forest. You get tips and exercises that connect you with nature and yourself and that you can take with you into your everyday life. The hike works for you as a beginner but also for you who are used to hiking but want to learn more about nature's healing properties. During the walk, we will stop at different places and talk about how nature affects us in different ways. You can share your own experiences and thoughts if you want, but it's also fine to just listen and participate in the way you feel safe with. At some point during the walk, you will have the opportunity to sit quietly for a while to yourself in a place of your choice. Just sitting with yourself without doing anything in particular and without getting stuck in your thoughts is an art. Here you get a chance to practice. Call it mindfulness, meditation or stump sitting. The point is that you get the time and space to let nature help you become present. At a suitable place during the hike, it's time to sit down and enjoy our luxurious coffee from a carefully selected local producer. This activity can be done all year round, just adjust the clothes and shoes and you'll be fine. In parts, the ground is uneven and we sometimes walk on slopes. It can be muddy and wet. About the guide: Britta Levin is basically a conservation biologist and has a great interest in guiding other people out into nature. She is a certified nature guide and has worked with guiding in e.g. Söderåsen National Park. After an education in environmental psychology at SLU, the desire to work more with the healing effects of nature deepened. She also has her own experiences of how gardening and nature have helped her during tough periods in her life.

Clothing according to the weather and good shoes are very important. Also bring a backpack with your own water bottle and mug. We arrange coffee and drinks and felted seating mats to borrow. We will walk at a leisurely pace and do not focus on performance in the form of a high heart rate or many steps. It is the presence of nature that is important during this round.
My name is Britta Levin, who runs the company and I am a flower grower, creator and nature guide. I mostly stay at the old mill yard Röstånga mill outside the village of Röstånga at the foot of Söderåsen, central Scania. I am passionate about offering time and space for creation close to nature and to be more in the heart and less in the brain. I am basically a conservation biologist but have changed my path and now work more down-to-earth and creative and I love my job. I offer courses and workshops in, for example, flower arranging and from time to time I open up my cut flower cultivation for self-picking. Since I am also a nature guide and want to contribute to promoting people's contact with nature and themselves, I can also hold guided tours and workshops on e.g. a natural area or natural theme. My flowers are suitable for the conscious person who likes natural, unique and luxurious flowers.

We gather at the tourist office in Röstånga, right next to the large parking lot behind ICA and at the southern entrance to Söderåsen National Park. There is also Röstånga bus station here. The hike will then go inside the national park, on existing trails and paths. Water toilets are only available at the starting point, after that there are dry toilets inside Nackarpsdalen, but otherwise no toilet facilities.
