Set the table for a party with flowers and vintage porcelain
Come to the Röstånga mill and set a really nice party table where you can then eat a luxurious meal. You get your table decoration home with you after dinner. There are large amounts of props to borrow at the farm and you can together in the group make a table setting with tablecloths, serviettes, vintage porcelain, antique glasses, candlesticks and of course - flower decorations! Britta is involved and guides about different techniques and material choices. You will have the opportunity to collect wild material yourself from nature around the farm and in Britta's cut flower cultivation, where there is a lot of beauty to choose from. We do not use single-use plastic, but reuse and aids that can be used over and over again, such as chicken nets and flower fakirs. You choose your own recycling container and in that container you can then make your own table decoration to decorate the party table with. Britta shows you how you can arrange the flowers in the vessel and sends you ideas about the choice of material, color, shape and movement as inspiration. You then take this flower decoration home with you. But there is plenty of room for more decorations on the dinner table, so it's fine to borrow vases, hang bottles, etc. to create a wonderful atmosphere. You can let go of the idea that it should be an arrangement that should stay nice for several days, it's enough that it's nice during dinner when you're going to enjoy it. You can dare to take the turns and play, test ideas and we promise you will have fun in the meantime. And the wonderful thing is that when you have fixed your extraordinary table, lit the candles, settled down with a good drink in the glass, then you will be served a good dinner from a local and small-scale catering company. We will take some photos during the workshop to immortalize the whole thing, you will then get these photos sent to you afterwards as a nice memory. This workshop can be organized during the summer semester May-September.

The orangery is not heated so it can be cool if it is cold outside. In that case, take an extra sweater and warm clothes so you don't get cold. We make sure that there is hot drink and the food that is served is also hot.
My name is Britta Levin, who runs the company and I am a flower grower, creator and nature guide. I mostly stay at the old mill yard Röstånga mill outside the village of Röstånga at the foot of Söderåsen, central Scania. I am passionate about offering time and space for creation close to nature and to be more in the heart and less in the brain. I am basically a conservation biologist but have changed my path and now work more down-to-earth and creative and I love my job. I offer courses and workshops in, for example, flower arranging and from time to time I open up my cut flower cultivation for self-picking. Since I am also a nature guide and want to contribute to promoting people's contact with nature and themselves, I can also hold guided tours and workshops on e.g. a natural area or natural theme. My flowers are suitable for the conscious person who likes natural, unique and luxurious flowers.

An old mill yard a little over a kilometer outside Röstånga. Sussie lives here with her animals and here there is an Orangery in an old warehouse, a large garden with i.a. a cut flower cultivation. The farm is surrounded by mountains, streams, ponds and beech forest. It is an oasis for all living things and here you can relax and be fascinated by the rich wildlife and the constant flow of water.
