Unwind
Choose a lovely afternoon with time and space to unwind and take care of yourself in a calm and natural environment at Röstånga mill. There will be mindfulness, nature walks and coffee by the fire. Part 1: Mindfulness through body and mind Physiotherapist Klara Karnerud holds this session that focuses on mindfulness through body and mind. In warmth and contact, you will be guided to land within yourself and seek ways of recovery, relaxation and presence. In different positions, with small movements and visual excursions, you explore your body and your inner self for a while. We meet in a small group and are side by side. Clear guides throughout the session. Many exercises will take place on mats on the floor. The exercises can be adapted individually. There are no pair exercises. The dog Essie is in the session - She is being trained to be a therapy dog/social service dog and is a small Australian labradoodle of just under 10 kg. She is soft as velvet, blends in among the forest leaves and is social in her appearance. She was born in January 2023. You are welcome to hang out, pet, fool around, do tricks with her as long as she wants. If you want guidance, ask Klara. If you are afraid or find discomfort, say so. No one has to hang out with a dog if they don't want to. Part 2: Nature walk in the deciduous forest Britta Levin and Klara Karnerud join you on a walk of about 30 minutes in the nature around the farm. We enjoy the fresh air and focus on being in the moment. You will find out more about how we can take help from nature to get recovery and tips on simple exercises to do yourself. Maybe nature can help you allow yourself to unwind and release some stress? The afternoon ends with a nice hot coffee by the fire before it's time to take the weekend off.

Britta Levin is a flower grower and creator and lives on the farm Röstånga mølla in the middle of Skåne. I am passionate about offering time and space for creation close to nature and to be more in the heart and less in the brain. I am basically a biologist but have changed my path and now work more down-to-earth and creative and I love my job. I offer courses and workshops in, for example, flower arranging and creative creation with natural materials. Since I am also a nature guide and want to contribute to promoting people's knowledge of their local nature, I can also hold guided tours and workshops on e.g. a natural area or natural theme. My flowers are suitable for the conscious person who likes natural, unique and luxurious flowers.

We are on the close-to-nature farm Röstånga mölla just outside Röstånga village. Sussie lives her animals here and right next to the farm there is a deciduous forest, mountain geese, a moth pond and the small Bäljane river. We are mostly in the beautiful spacious residential building and in the forest around the farm. Website: https://www.rostangamolla.com/
