Writing retreat with nature walk
Welcome to a writing retreat and nature walk in a beautiful mill environment! With the rasping of the pen against the paper, your pulse slows and your breathing calms down. Rosi Hageberg, certified writing therapist, leads us in various writing exercises, where we get to focus on what has been, on the present and on the future. Rosi calls the exercises Writefulness; a combination of the words write and mindfulness. We also get to learn about how writing can make us feel good and what research says about healing the mind and body through writing. Nature walk with a health theme During the day, we also get to accompany a nature guide in the beautiful surroundings. We walk calmly together on paths that lead us past water, forest and mountains. During the hour we walk, we will stop at different environments and immerse ourselves in how nature affects us. We talk about how we can take help from nature to recover and rest. About the guide: Britta Levin is a biologist and nature guide and wants to help others get more in touch with nature. The retreat will be partially outdoors. Bring comfortable shoes and clothing according to the weather. Feel free to bring something to sit on as well. You will receive a goodie bag containing, among other things, a notebook and pencil, but if you want to bring something of your own to write with and on, that's fine.

Röstånga mill is located just outside the village of Röstånga in Svalöv municipality and is a peaceful oasis for both people and animals. The nature here is magical with beech-clad hills, ponds, streams and meadows. It is a protected and peaceful environment you enter when you pass the gates and walk down the hill that leads to the courtyard. The sound of chirping birds and rippling water soothes even the most troubled of souls. A perfect place to relax, and at the same time get new inspiration. On the farm there are several sheltered spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to settle down in. There are also cats, dogs, horses, peacocks, a goose and a variety of wild animals. Life and movement, but in a pleasant and natural way.
