A private lesson for two where you learn the basics of pottery. The work you manage to create and want to save can be fired and picked up later.
We are located in my small ceramics studio and pottery shop on Södermalm. The house is a listed building from the 1670s and the premises have functioned as a ceramics studio for the past 20 years.

Please note
The price is 1990kr each, and when you book you choose two places. Good for beginners who want to try turning for a while to get a feel for the craft or an in-depth knowledge of turning. We work in yellow-fired stoneware clay and 4 kg of clay per person is included, as well as firing and glazing for about 4 pieces per person. Coffee or tea is included.

Ten years ago I took over the ceramics studio at Sankt Paulsgatan 11 and I can still say that it is my favorite place on earth. I am mostly a self-taught ceramist and it has taken time. Time to learn to master techniques but also to find my own artistic voice. Patience and respect for the fact that the process takes time are what I have learned above all, that and that I will not have time to learn everything about the subject in my lifetime.
