Pottery throwing for two
A private lesson for two where you learn the basics of turning. The item you manage to create and want to save can be burned to be picked up later. We are located in my small ceramics studio and ceramics shop on Södermalm. The house is a culturally marked building from the 1670s and the room has served as a ceramics studio for the past 20 years. The price is SEK 3,800 for two persons and when you book you choose one spot.

Please note
Suitable for beginners who want to try turning for a while to get a feel for the craft or an in-depth knowledge of just turning. We work in yellow-burning stoneware clay and 4 kg of clay per person is included, as well as firing and glazing for about 4 products per person. Coffee or tea included.

Ten years ago, I took over the ceramics studio at Sankt Paulsgatan 11 and I can still say that it is my favorite place on earth. I am mostly a self-taught potter and it has taken time. Time to learn to master techniques but also to find my own artistic voice. Patience and respect for the fact that the process takes time is what I have mainly learned, that and that I will not have time to learn everything in the subject during my lifetime.
