Spritz - school with pizza
A warm welcome to celebrate with us at Al Dente! We always see a reason to celebrate in Italy. Maybe it's a birthday, your wedding anniversary or just that the weekend is approaching? For two lovely hours, we celebrate your private gathering in a shared kitchen with other celebrants! It's high ceilings and a festive atmosphere right through when we meet in our central food studios in Stockholm. An AW beyond the ordinary! We start the evening with the classic Aperol Spritz, which we learn to make from scratch. A fantastically fun moment that attracts laughter and sets the tone for the evening's AW. When you are done with the spritz, the second part of the activity follows – PIZZA! What's an evening in the Italian spirit without pizza? You can choose the toppings entirely yourself, which puts a personal touch on your creations. Feel the aromas of sweet and sour tomato sauce and basil spread in the kitchen while you wait for your creations. You sit around our rustic tables and enjoy your Italian pizzas together with your Aperol Spritz of course!

Number of participants The number of participants varies with the size of the kitchen, the groups usually consist of 6-14 participants. Good thing to keep in mind - You download the course's recipe digitally through a QR code that is given on arrival. We do not provide prescriptions in paper format. - Please come 10 minutes before the start of the course, then there is time to wash your hands and powder your nose. - Apron available to borrow Language Our staff is from Italy and speaks English or Swedish. My name is Samantha Santambrogio-Öberg, who started Al Dente, and I came here to Sweden from Milan in 1996. After ten years as a system developer, I decided to completely change my path and realize my dream. My dream was to work with my lifelong passion for food, culture and travel. Today, food, culture, tradition and Italy are what I deal with on a daily basis. Details in the cooking, the choice of ingredients and a family atmosphere around the table and pots - that's what I teach. A cooking class with us is a break and a breather in a busy everyday life, whether you are doing a team-building cooking activity with colleagues or customers, or if you are cooking together with family and friends. A pasta dish enjoyed in Tuscany may take on a slightly different character than if you eat the same dish in Stockholm. But in my kitchen you get very close to that special, Italian feeling.
