I am a ceramic designer. Trained as a ceramic and glass designer at the University of Design in Copenhagen. During a sabbatical after high school, I attended Nyckelvikskolan's general art & craft course. There I became fascinated by throwing at the potters wheel. Applied further to the Ceramic department at Östra Grevie Folkhögskola. I threw every day for a year. And then applied for five years at the design school in Copenhagen. That's was that sabbatical year - it became a 5 year education to be a ceramic designer. After many years of hiatus and work as interior designer, I am back at the wheel. I have been a course and circle leader in the past, both in ceramics and design. It is fun and rewarding to share my knowledge. Welcome to my ceramics studio! /ingrid
