Do you want to dive into clay, shape with your hands and see ideas take shape? Then this course is for you!
We start at the wheel – spinning clay, hands following the movement, and suddenly you have created something very special. Maybe a bowl, a cup or a candlestick? Then we continue at the work tables where you can roll, thumb or sculpt more unique creations.
When the course is over, you choose glazes and I will fire and glaze them. Engobes are also available for those of you who want to add details and color.
Come and experiment, create and have fun together with clay – see you in the studio!

My name is Malin and I have been creating ceramics for over 10 years. My own creation is always driven by pleasure. I do what I find fun and I am inspired by the beauty in the imperfect. I am a health educator and craft educator and the focus of my courses is on daring to let go of control and being curious to try something new.
In June 2022, my fantastic colleague Judith and I opened the doors to our own ceramics workshop, Studio Alster, with an extra sense of sustainability, a nice hangout and creativity. There we gather like-minded ceramics lovers who want to control their own time and come and create when it suits them. We also offer courses and events.
