Are you curious about mindfulness and have thought about starting to meditate, but don't know how? Mindfulness and meditation have many benefits and do not have to be as fuzzy or elusive as it may sound to many. In this introduction, I'll explain it as concretely as possible and you will get to try different meditation techniques. There is space to ask questions and you will be able to start your meditation routine directly after if you wish.
